Counseling and Coaching

My counseling and coaching offers are directed at neurodiverse couples, friends or teams, at autistic people on all issues regarding relationships and occupation, especially self-employment, at executives or teachers who want to act in a nondiscriminatory and inclusive manner and at self-employed colleagues and business founders such as trainers, researchers or artists.

I counsel individually or I facilitate collegial or peer consultation (Intervision) in teams and organizations.

You decide what goals and challenges you want to work on with me and they will be very individual. On request I can always offer my perspective on multi-level power relations, diversity and neurodiversity.

Teaching and Training

I give seminars and workshops around the topics of dismantling discrimination, anti-bias, diversity and inclusion for example for counselors, social workers, university teachers and other teachers in further and continuing education, for administrative staff and students.

My seminars are workshop-like and my lectures always have some interactive elements. Participants work out and practice a lot for themselves based on their real-life experiences and my theoretical or methodological inputs. For the purpose of academic and professional standards and for compliance with anti-discrimination and human rights laws I do emphasize the imparting of new and critical knowledge though.

Training courses with several modules are offered for certain professions like Counselors, Diversity Officers and as a train-the-trainer for colleagues in educational anti-discrimination work.

These complex events are always facilitated in interdisciplinary and heterogeneous teams, as are the other course if possible.
